Hello! I’m Ellen, and this is my awesome family!!! We are just your average family of 12 :-)

Daddy
Daddy is my prince. He works hard (usually six days a week & sometimes 14 hour days) as a tractor salesman but somehow still finds time to be a dad. Daddy & Momma have been the main influence in my life.

Momma (pictured here with Josiah, 8 mos.)
This is our amazing mother! She is our daily picture of virtuous womanhood. She is a wonderful, loving example to all of us of how we should glorify Christ in everything we do.

“The Kids”
We’re their crazy kids.

Emma- 20 (better picture coming when available!)
This is my incredible sister Emily. Emma is currently serving at home in preparation for marriage if such is God’s plan for her. She mostly enjoys reading, blogging very occasionally and cooking.

Trey- 18 (pictured here with Josiah, 8 mos.)
This is my very spoiling brother Trey! He is fond of surprising random members of the family at random times with very nice gifts
. He is a great picture of generosity. When he is not working as a cool carpentry/farming/hanging out sidekick for Mr Ron, Trey enjoys reading, exercising, and singing very loudly.

Ellen (myself)- 17 (pictured here with Annie, 6; Mercy, 2 & Sarah, 10)
I am a sinner saved by grace and striving to cling to Christ and always learning to serve Him better. I enjoy sewing, reading, writing alot, and spending time with my wonderful family and my wonderful Church family.

Jake- 15
This is my cool brother Jake. He is an example of diligence… he enjoys blogging, doing outside stuff, reading, Legos, and posing with sports cars in the Detroit airport. OK, so he’s only done that last one once but I bet he wouldn’t mind doing it again!

Hannah- 13
This is my sister Hannah. She is very sweet and fun to be around. She enjoys designing and sewing costumes, making granola (really, and it’s yum!), and being with friends and family.

Ben- 12 (better picture coming when available!)
This is my brother Ben. I think the best way to describe him would be 100% twelve-year-old boy. He enjoys legos alot, being outdoors, and normal boy stuff, like challenging his friend to a hot sauce contest.

Sarah- 10 (pictured here with Mercy Kate, 2)
This is my squeaky sister Sarah Joy. She enjoys being with friends and family, playing games, and staying up as late as she can get away with.

Annie- 6
This is sweet Annie, she is six years old. She loves playing with baby dolls, watching movies (Narnia and Little Einsteins are top choices), and snuggling with daddy.

Mercy Kate- 2
This is my sweet sister Mercy Kate. She is very imaginative as opposed to very literal Annie. She likes imaginary play, candy, and furniture climbing. In her spare moments, she tries to devise creative ways to avoid naps.

Josiah- 8 mos.
This is wonderful Josiah! He is eight months old and causes us every day to be unbelievably grateful for the awesome gift of him. He likes to be held by a family member, but he’s not afraid to make it clear when he’d rather be on the floor with Mercy and Annie. He likes to cruise around the furniture in search of something exciting to play with- sometimes him and another friend at Church compare ‘pulling-up’ and crawling techniques. His favourite thing to play with is his little people pirate ship… that is, until he’s old enough for his brothers to get him hooked on legos.

Ben likes challenging friends to hot
sauce contest? Oh yeah, that’s right!
I was there, it was my brother he
challenged! That was priceless!!
Nathan turned so red and began sweating!!
Hannah
Aye, and wery good shots they be as the gentleman said when he was sniped.
Ok, that was dumb. I’ll try harder next time.
